Buddha
A stele statue depicting the Buddha. The base consists of two superimposed projecting plain fillets, the cornice of two superimposed projecting fillets, the lower one being decorated with a row of staggered bars, the upper one being plain. The front shows a row of square panels bisected into triangles each containing an indented triangle.
The Buddha is standing, the weight of his body is placed on the right leg and the left leg is slightly bent. The right hand has webbed fingers and is in abhayamudrā. The left hand holds an hanging edge of the saṃghāti. The face is plump with rounded cheeks, half-closed eyes, a broad nose, and narrow lips. A large ūrṇā appears to be incised on the forehead. The hair is parted in the middle with continuous vertical waves, the uṣṇīṣa is not separate. The nimbus is plain. The overrobe features an oval neckline, the drapery folds are rendered in V-shaped lines. The lower edge of the antaravāsaka is protruding below in a pattern of regular straight incised lines.
