Weight bearer
A bracket-spacer depicting a male weight bearing figure. The back face shows vertical tool marks.
The figure sits on the ground with the left knee up, the left hand resting on it with the elbow bent at 90 degrees. The right arm is outstretched to lean against the ground with the hand. He holds the weight of the superstructure on his head. The head is frontal, remnants of curls are visible on both sides. The musculature is well-defined, particularly those of the arms and the abdomen. The navel is rendered by an incised circlet. He possibly wears a laṅgoṭī, remains of which can be seen on the waist.
