Ascetics

Fragment of a relief preserving the lower body of two standing ascetics. The base is plain, and the fragment is defined on the left by a plain fillet. On the right are the remains of the first figure carved as if he is walking. At the height of his left thigh is the outline of a globular object, probably the kamaṇḍalu he originally held. He seems to be wearing a paridhāna. The second figure is dressed in the same dress.
