Female figure
Fragment of a relief depicting a female figure standing under an arch.
The figure is standing frontally. The right hand originally bore a flower (or a bunch of flowers), while the left holds a hem of the paridhāna. She also wears an uttarīya draped over the left shoulder, a pair of bracelets on both wrists, a long necklace falling between the breasts, earrings, and a wreath. The hair is fashioned in a reverse-heart-like hairdo on the forehead.
The arch is of the voluted, round double type, with carinated extrados and pendants.
