Male figure

A Gandharan-Corinthian capital showing a male figure. A rectangular socket is carved in the bottom face. Two rosettes – that on the right is heavily worn – stemming from the kalathos lips are depicted on the moulded abacus. The male figure, represented in bust and in right three-quarter view, is emerging from the upper central leaf. His hands were either joined or holding an object.
